Refinement and Functionality
In a neighborhood undergoing urban regeneration, a project of refined elegance and functionality takes shape, thanks to PRINCIPIOATTIVO Architecture Group. The intervention in Via Corno di Cavento redefines the living space through a perfect balance of aesthetics, comfort, and innovation, offering a sensory experience that enhances the value of contemporary interior architecture.
The project stands out for its sophisticated color palette and selection of high-quality materials. The herringbone oak parquet, a key feature of the flooring, adds warmth and continuity to the spaces, while the neutral wall tones are enriched with striking details such as a full-height bookcase and concealed doors, amplifying the perception of space.
The living area revolves around the dining room and lounge, spaces flooded with natural light thanks to large windows. The carefully designed artificial lighting enhances volumes and textures through integrated and scenic solutions. A suspended chandelier with spherical glass elements creates a stunning focal point above the dining table, while indirect lighting along the ceiling perimeter emphasizes the room’s clean geometry.
The kitchen area stands out for its sophisticated design, featuring pure volumes and elegant surfaces. The choice of sage green cabinetry harmonizes perfectly with brass accents in the pendant lights and a light marble countertop, creating an effect of refined lightness. The central island becomes the heart of conviviality, while built-in appliances maintain a clean visual line.
The project also pays great attention to transitional spaces, often overlooked but here transformed into design elements. The corridor, characterized by integrated storage units and LED floor lighting, becomes a true sensory pathway. The flush door, perfectly integrated into the wall, enhances the project’s formal purity, while natural light cuts create an intimate and evocative atmosphere.
The bathrooms confirm the meticulous attention to detail and the search for sophisticated materials. A key role is played by wallpapers with botanical motifs, creating a harmonious dialogue with the petroleum green vanity unit. The natural wood countertop and rounded mirror frames add a touch of warmth and sophistication.
In the second bathroom, textured stoneware with a concrete effect is paired with soft-lined sanitary fixtures and minimalist faucets, evoking a timeless, refined aesthetic. The gold-framed mirror and vertical lighting emphasize the contemporary design, adding depth to the space.
The Via Corno di Cavento project, signed by PRINCIPIOATTIVO Architecture Group, represents a perfect fusion of aesthetics and functionality. Every detail is carefully studied to offer a high-end living experience, where the beauty of architecture meets the comfort of everyday life. A project that celebrates light, materiality, and the timeless elegance of Italian design.
