Masterplan for a social housing project located in Mestre. The idea is the reinterpretation of the old Corti Venete with a common garden and lamination tanks to clean waters, generating an ecosystem and plant-animal life balance situation.

The facades elevation show a sort of new “ballatoi” in modern key, in contrast with the Tower element which includes smaller apartments and become a reference from far away, and the entrance to the other residential units designed as a large big portico gallery excavated in one of the lower structures.
