Urban Regeneration project
A new “House of Music“ instead of the previous abandoned municipal market. A place where artistic representations such as dance, theater and concerts can be developed. Architecture set on two buildings that present a modern language, where musical workshops and buildings are developed, the concert hall indoors and outdoors. An elegant environment frequented by students, people of culture and ordinary citizens.
Park & public space project
265 thousand square meters of greenery returned to the city, with a public park equipped for children, schools, families, new land for agriculture and a wide range of naturalistic redevelopment along the Lambro river characterized by pedestrian and cycle paths. A project and an intervention capable of promoting sustainable development, participation and public awareness towards the values of the landscape.

Masterplan Project
The grouping, led by Atelier (s) Alfonso Femia/AF517 and completed by PRINCIPIOATTIVO Architecture Group (co-designer), was selected for the final stage of Reinventing Cities Competition – Scalo Greco Milano. Reinventing Cities, an unprecedented global competition to drive carbon neutral and resilient urban regeneration.. The competition is designed to serve as a model for cities around the world, demonstrating how the alliance between cities and business can shape the future delivering healthier, greener and economically viable urban development.
Residential Project
Mm spa, with a private tender, confirmed to PRINCIPIOATTIVO, the reliability of the support to the architectural functional design related to accommodation of recovery accommodated in erp buildings of the municipality of milan and surrounding milan north west.
Museum & Mixed-use Project
The grouping, led by Atelier (s) Alfonso Femia/AF517 and completed by PRINCIPIOATTIVO Architecture Group (co-designer), For, Redesco, Tekser, Duks Sceno, Ott Art eTA Architecture has won the competition called by the Institute Polygraphic Mint of the State (IPZS) for the requalification of the historical headquarters located in the Esquilino district, in via Principe Umberto, in Rome. The building, which occupies an area of 16000 sqm, will have a cultural pole dedicated to the enhancement of the Museum of artistic resources of the national Numismatic heritage, a historical archive, a Library, areas for educational activities, laboratories, an auditorium/congress centre, offices and services, a restaurant, a cafeteria and a bookshop.

Pizzeria Veratti won the prize because of the ceiling: “one of the best elements of this project: an outstanding flexible shape similar to a wave realized in wood, covers and run through all the areas giving a unique identity and personality to this place”

Best interior design award
A building that perfectly reflects the image of the client, with bright and extremely elegant and functional: this in a nutshell is the new headquarter of Saint-Gobain Italia, located within an envelope of about 4,500 square meters distributed over four floors operational, plus a fifth used as a rooftop terrace and a basement level intended for parking.
This project is a renovation of the old Cascina Monluè, a historical 13th-century building located in Milan. The process is the key point of this initiative. In detail: after having proposed to the Municipality the idea of refurbishing the Cascina Monluè, recovering the old internal paintings and inserting new volumes and space with actual contemporary materials, we created a modern design project that contrasts with the ancient existing building.

Corso Libertà was built in 1881 as an important axis of urban development for the connection between the city center and the station, consequently in the beginning it was called Viale della Stazione. Subsequently the name was changed to Habsburgerstraße, then to Via Goethe and under fascism to Corso Principe Umberto. A targeted and flexible design must be able to dissolve the contradictions, to reconcile the opposing options of use and also to contribute to respecting the rights of the weakest .
