A project for a masterplan for CDP client, property holder of an area in Rome. Key points of the design idea are: Innovation, smart mobility, functional and distribution flexibility, construction planning, sustainability, comfortable environmental design, refuse disposal.
A deep and focus attention to the management of the area and sustainable overall factors make this project very peculiar, integrated with the local issue and location. The wide team of professionals multidisciplinary create a synergic stimulating exchange of knowledge and experimentation.
