Redevelopment of the historic Santeria Spa’s headquarter
The redevelopment project of the historic Santeria Spa’s headquarter in Via Palladini in Milan.
The idea is to have the headquarters of the company with its administrative offices, direction of sectors (communication, production, F&B, human resources) in one place and give the partners the possibility to access a co-working area as needed.
The project also includes the reconstruction of the external flooring and the bar services. The adaptation and renewal of spaces follow the need to refresh and illuminate the work spaces with natural light, making them more airy and volumetrically suited to the new post-pandemic lifestyle.
