TowerHouse proposes an interpretation inspired by traditional and contemporary settlement systems of the Middle East, such as historic adobe villages and the modular logic of infrastructural architecture. The volumes are sharp and fragmented, with towers of a strong, well-defined geometry emerging from a continuous and highly urban podium.

In this configuration, the architecture assumes a rational and monumental character, with a clear hierarchy between the podium and the towers. The commercial podium becomes a true urban platform, conceived as a protected public space, while the upper towers are organized according to a compact logic, optimizing floor areas, heights, and the relationships between the different functions. The volumetric composition evokes the idea of a dense urban organism, capable of maximizing both functional and construction efficiency.

The façades are conceived as articulated, material-driven envelopes, with openings and shading systems that recall local construction traditions, reinterpreted in a contemporary manner. TowerHouse conveys a solid and institutional image of the complex, emphasizing verticality and urban presence, with a strong visual impact and clear recognizability within the Riyadh skyline.
