The project is based on preserving the existing ecosystem, trying not to alter the relationship established between mountain-forest-lake. The plant is based on the maintenance of green. Buildings were concentrated leaving room for ample green corridors crossed by networks of pedestrian and cycle paths on which are flanked recreational areas.

The densification of the buildings allows the preservation of large green areas that will become public space – a resource of all. The flora and fauna will have free access and free development from the mountain to the lake, from the rivers to the rural park. At the edge of the green corridors are arranged residential buildings, suitable also, for small neighborhood activities.
