Concept for the renovation of the Municipal Market in La Spezia. The design idea is to rethink and revitalize a public piazza, giving it back to the citizens to use and live all during the day and night. The existing market becomes a heart of a series of situations, public and private, retail, food court, bars and restaurants with spaces for aggregations and social activities. 

A flexible multifunctional space, with walls and units able to assume different volume, in order to people and public requirements; area for ecological recycling, for mobility parking, new green roof: an organic sustainable approach to every part of the project.
