Masterplan for Cascina Merlata, an area close to Expo, of approximately SLP 60.000 sqm. Mainly residential development divided into different Lotti, with commercial spaces and parking areas.
All the flows either people and mobility, have been studied with particular consideration of having all apartments facing a green area and in order to create a central path green all crossing the area.
