Project for a new residential multi varied masterplan, located in Segrate, in Milan. Being invited to attend a private competition from Prelios, Principioattivo designs a new development mix use space: residential, commercial retail and office units. 

The residential offer is double and different: affordable housing and private flats with terraces. A central boulevard passes centrally all the area, and hides at the lower level, all the parking and commercial sections. The idea to place the car parking and distribution mobility at a lower level allow to have a better quality of air, less dangerous for pedestrian, and more sustainable.
