A new stand project to represent the world Sapori during the “Salone del Gusto” expo. An open view kitchen at the center of the space gives the possibility to observe the sweet production made by famous pastry chef, and a training room (open to an external garden) plus bar area and retail units face on corridor passing through.
The entrance is from the courtyard through a sensorial path defined with aromatic plants used internally in the kitchen.
