Private project for the refurbishment of an industrial area located in Pisa, close to the river of the Arno. We include mix used building, offices, residentials for students, private condo short rent for academic people, production area and different services for people who live the area during the weekdays. A sort of technology park. 

A strong identity given through the image of conoidal structures with different heights, facing to the river that could become a new slow way to the sea.

The Arno should be navigable up to the sea, becoming a strategic way for goods and commerce. The idea is to reuse the old gasometers transforming them into offices HQ for middle and small companies; the industrial existing buildings into temporary residential units for students or private managers.
