Renovation project of an existing structure, never used, nowadays in degradation, located in Niksic, Montenegro. The idea is to use the existing building creating new spaces for public activities to share. Theatre, cinema, gymnasium, parking, co-working, laboratories, kids area…). 

Being this structure in the centre of the city, it has to be well identified and recognised; and at the same time lived and experienced by the city and for the citizen.
