Redevelopment of an urban area with existing structure and open field, private property FS. It is a project of urban regeneration for an ex FS Scalo Porta Genova, Navigli, in Milan, close to the centre. An area of existing and new development activities. 

The concept rounds about the idea to create a public park, sport arena and shopping and cultural centre. A coworking space and temporary store are also part of the project together with a digital box of approximately 450 sqm where to host music events and workshops. PA approach includes the research and participation of private partners and sponsors as future tenants of the area.
