A refurbishment of an existing new private villa in Milan. The result shows and briefs the high level care of details that PA uses in every product, either internally and externally the structure, reflecting its micro-macro concept of design. 

The project is a story telling of all the different steps done from the beginning concept to the final construction stage. The existing unit has been totally changed and enlarged, respecting the environment and urban district rules. A plaster historical block, a new one covered with TECU slabs. A central strip blade that contains the staircase block, crosses all over the building vertically.
